The customer has 14 days to return the purchased item, starting on the day the customer has received the product. Once the customer has notified Kuroji of the return shipment, the customer has 14 days to return the product. After this period the purchase is considered final and no returns will be accepted.
The item can be returned if complied with the return conditions below. The costs of returning the product are for the customer as is the responsibility of a correct shipment. Kuroji does recommend to use a track and trace number.
For the shipment, the customer can use the return form that is included in the package.
Keep in mind that this is a business address, it is not possible to personally drop off any deliveries. After correctly receiving the returned items, the purchase amount will be refunded by Kuroji within 14 days.
The following conditions apply when returning an item:
– Returns must be processed within 14 days of the notification with a return form.
– The item shouldn’t be worn or washed.
– No stains, perfume, cigarette smoke or any odor allowed on the product.
– The item has not been fixed to hide any damage.
– The item is kept in its original packaging if possible.
– The customer is responsible for a correct shipment, Kuroji recommends to use registered mail with a track and trace number.
– Deliveries with insufficient postage or no postage will not be accepted.
– In case of product- or delivery failure, please notify Kuroji within 3 days after delivery with a description of the problem via our contact page.
– In case of product- or delivery failure, the costs of the return shipment will be on account of Kuroji.
– If exchange and return conditions have not complied, Kuroji maintains the right to return the product and to charge the customer with the shipment costs.
